Workspaces are the core organizing concept for the Avatour Web Console and the platform as a whole. A workspace allows you to collect recorded 360° and "flat" content, schedule and host meetings, manage access and security, and much more.
It can be helpful to think of a workspace using a metaphor: a virtual conference room, with a file cabinet. The "Assets" collection is the file cabinet; the "Meetings" section is the conference room. You can invite people to join the room temporarily by sharing a meeting or workspace code, or you can "give them a key" by inviting them as a Collaborator.
